Dover Coating
Dover Coat is a two-component epoxy resin coating that gives a high-luster finish to forms so they can be used and reused with little or no release agent.
The DOVER Concrete Forming Panel
Dover Panel is a concrete forming panel that provides 70-100 more pours of concrete per panel. This is the most cost-effective forming panel on the market. For an architectural finish there is nothing better. Along with architecturally finished concrete the Dover Panel will reduce the amount of forming oil used to half of the normal usage. Some users report that form oil is not required. In comparing the Dover Panel to other products you'll find that the average amount of pours of concrete range from 20-30 pours per panel. The Dover Panel has 3-6 times longer life cycle compared to competitors High Density Overlay (HDO) and Medium Density Overlay (MDO).Unlike MDO or HDO which can take away the life of the plywood, the Dover Panel offers the customer the ability of resurfacing the panel. Customers in the pre-cast concrete industry have found resurfacing to be very cost effective. Not only does the panel last longer than anything else, but by resurfacing, the plywood has extended life instead of discarding the plywood. One pre-caster reports using the same plywood on their concrete beds for five years.
U.S.D.A. & F.D.A APPROVED !
The U.S.D.A. approves the Dover Panel for use in areas where incidental contract may occur with food: (example) semi-trailer liners. The Panel has been approved for establishments operating under the federal meat and poultry inspection program. However the product is not approved for storing potable liquids, referring to the transportation of soup, milk, etc. The F.D.A. has approved all ingredients used in the surface formulas of the Dover Panel except for lead containing colors (#250 orange, #252 coral, and #160 yellow).
